Absolutely professional and comprehensive service! We have a large house, with seemingly endless ductwork, and Amazon Duct Cleaning did every inch of it! This company is all about service and the experts in all things air quality and cleanings. The technician arrived promptly and was courteous throughout the entire process. He was meticulous in blasting the vents clean, explaning the proess and capturing videos o show me the results. He also made sure to clean up after the service was completed. Amazon air duct and dryer vent cleaning was great from the first phone call. The people answering the phones were professional and pleasant. Mike who came to our house was so very nice, thorough and knowledgeable. Before he even cleaned the ducts, he went into our crawl space to have a complete understanding of the issue. The work ( Dryer vent cleaning) was done very efficiently. Jason and Chris were knowledgeable and very nice. They did a thorough job and were easy to work with. Jason was mindful of my time and called to tell me what time they are coming. And they were there on the dot. They completed the job to my satisfaction. I recommend this company very much.
